notice for parents

Dear Faith Girlz Parents, 

Please check the blog on Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings to make absolutely sure you know if there is or is not a meeting that Thursday. I will always try my best to make sure you have as much notice as possible of any changes, cancellations, special instructions or supplies needed for the meeting. Please DO NOT call the school unless it is an emergency. The school has been kind enough to sponsor my holding this club for your girls, but they don’t need the extra phone calls asking questions or making complaints. The school is in no way responsible for how I run the club. If you need to talk to me about a problem or concern I am more than willing to speak with you. Thank you for your help regarding our communication. It would also help me if everyone could email me their email address, with Faith Girlz in the subject line, even if you think I have it. My email is jkblanchette@shaw.ca. This way I can be sure to email you important messages quickly before you even check the blog. Please also indicate if I can put pictures of your child participating in the club on the site. I have made it so only members can copy from the site or comment. I will never name your child on the site, tag photos or mention what city or school the children attend. If you would like me to take any other precautions please discuss it with me. The girls’ safety is my priority. Our long awaited t-shirts have finally arrived and we will be working on them for the next two meetings.  For our next meeting on March 10^thplease have your daughter wear white clothes, or clothes that can be wrecked, as we will be working with a small amount of bleach. Also the girls can bring extra foam stickers to add to their shirts if they wish.  After the shirts are dry the girls will be able to take them home and add fabric jewels, buttons, ect.  if they wish. Hosting the Faith Girlz is my pleasure and I enjoy your girls immensely, they are amazing. Thank you for your attention to all of these items, hopefully this will help everyone to feel there is a good communication flow.
